Chef Ray and his team were truly incredible from start to finish. He cooked for a bachelorette party of 15 people in the Hamptons and it could not have been a better experience! He worked with us very early on to curate a unique menu geared towards the brides specific preferences- even accommodating a gluten allergy. What was even more amazing was that he decorated the table with the perfect theme matching the colors of the bachelorette weekend! He came hours in advance to prep, and we barely noticed he was there! He was extremely efficient and we really enjoyed his fun personality throughout the meal. Chef Ray and his team then spent the remainder of the evening cleaning the kitchen and unloading the dishwasher- they left it even cleaner then how we found it upon arrival! The meal exceeded our expectations and everyone was raving about it for the rest of the night! He made the evening so special and I could not recommend him enough. 10000/10!

We hired Chef Ray for a private dinner at our rental home during my bachelorette party in the Hamptons and it was by far our favorite meal of the trip! He worked with my friends to create a custom menu based on what was in season and I am not exaggerating when I say every single course was amazing. From the starters to the salad & both entrées, each dish was not only incredibly flavorful, but also beautifully presented. One of my friends was begging for his roast chicken recipe before he left! On top of the food, Chef Ray has an awesome personality & was so fun to have around as he prepped and served the meal.

We all left hoping that we’ll have another opportunity to have a meal together cooked by Chef Ray. I cannot recommend him enough!

Chef Raymond is absolutely incredible! I first got to experience his cooking when my aunt booked him to cater my cousin’s birthday brunch — the food was so delicious and the service so smooth that I knew I had to reach out to him for our resident Luau event. And wow, he did not disappoint! The food was outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully presented, and he was professional, friendly, and right on time. Our residents were raving all evening, and the whole event felt extra special thanks to him. Chef Raymond has officially become my go‑to for memorable events — highly recommend!

Chef Ray & Tamara were great!! The food, plating, table set up, & vibes were AMAZING!! Would recommend them to anyone & everyone, honestly had the best experience. We were a group of 11 and it was our first private chef, could not have asked for better. Thank you Chef!!
