Chef Ray is phenomenal! He cooked for my friend’s private event this past week and it was nothing short of amazing. Every course was better than the last! I am not exaggerating, it was the best chicken I have ever had!

We had the absolute best experience with Chef Ray! He prepared a four-course meal for nine of us at a private dinner, and every single dish was incredible. I’m still dreaming about that roasted chicken – wow! Beyond the amazing food, Chef Ray brought such great energy – he was fun, engaging, and created the perfect vibe for the evening. From start to finish, the whole experience was top notch. Highly recommend Chef Ray if you’re looking to make any meal truly special!

We hired Chef Ray for a private dinner at our rental home during my bachelorette party in the Hamptons and it was by far our favorite meal of the trip! He worked with my friends to create a custom menu based on what was in season and I am not exaggerating when I say every single course was amazing. From the starters to the salad & both entrées, each dish was not only incredibly flavorful, but also beautifully presented. One of my friends was begging for his roast chicken recipe before he left! On top of the food, Chef Ray has an awesome personality & was so fun to have around as he prepped and served the meal.

We all left hoping that we’ll have another opportunity to have a meal together cooked by Chef Ray. I cannot recommend him enough!

Chef Raymond is absolutely incredible! I first got to experience his cooking when my aunt booked him to cater my cousin’s birthday brunch — the food was so delicious and the service so smooth that I knew I had to reach out to him for our resident Luau event. And wow, he did not disappoint! The food was outstanding, full of flavor and beautifully presented, and he was professional, friendly, and right on time. Our residents were raving all evening, and the whole event felt extra special thanks to him. Chef Raymond has officially become my go‑to for memorable events — highly recommend!
